I have been really upset as you know, because your not here for Grandparents day. Now Dad's Mum is very ill and it feel's like im losing all my grandparents all together.Since Jasmine has been born i have lost a lot and seems like i am going to keep losing. It broke my heart when you went and i fell apart i just hope I am strong enough to face losing another Nan. Please give me the strength.
